Two new lawyers join the firm OMC Abogados & Consultores

The Peruvian firm OMC Abogados & Consultores is pleased to announce the incorporation of two new lawyers to its staff of professionals in order to continue providing quality attention to their clients. Both professionals work in more than one practice area due to their strong academic background and work experience.
Miss Karina Neciosup in the last years has been dedicated to addressing issues related to the specialty of Intellectual Property: procedures for trademark registrations, amendatory acts, renewals, cancellations, opposition, nullity, infringement of intellectual property rights, etc., in addition to acting as a lawyer in the field of Administrative Law, Corporate and Civil Law.
She has a master's degree in European Union Law by the University of Madrid Carlos III, to which it must be added her experience of having worked in regulatory agencies and law firms in Peru and Spain.
The area of patrimonial Civil Law will have the contribution of Mr. Jesus Cuba, who will also collaborate on issues related to the field of Intellectual Property. He graduated from San Martin de Porres University Law School and has a master's degree in Business Law with a major in Market Law by the University of Applied Sciences of Peru (UPC)
As for his professional career, it is worth mentioning that he has worked in the Directorate of Distinctive Signs of Indecopi, as well as in Sunat and some law firms and private sector companies where he was responsible for the preparation and analysis of civil, business and labor contracts ; preparation of minutes of shareholders meetings and board meetings, legal analysis of client documents, monitoring of judicial and administrative procedures, and the elaboration of documents related to issues seen by Indecopi.
