OMC Abogados & Consultores presents its new specialist in Intellectual Property

The Peruvian firm OMC Abogados & Consultores is pleased to announce the incorporation of Ms. Claudia Arce, as a new member of the team of lawyers of the Department of Intellectual Property.

After graduating as a lawyer from the law faculty of the University of Lima, Dr. Arce continued her academic training at the Autonomous University of Madrid where she studied a Master's Degree in Intellectual Property, Industrial and New Technologies. She also completed a specialization in Administrative and Financial Law at the University of Salamanca and an International Diploma in Corporate Law at the Esan University.

During her stay in Spain, she joined a law firm from Madrid where she had the opportunity to demonstrate her knowledge of Intellectual Property. In Peru, she has worked in both the public and private sectors, such as the National Institute of Competition and the Protection of Intellectual Property: INDECOPI. She has also worked in some law firms, a legal consulting firm, a media outlet and a chamber of commerce.
