OMC Abogados & Consultores: New member in the area of Corporate Law and Intellectual Property

OMC Abogados & Consultores adds a new addition to its staff of professionals, the lawyer Fernando Meza Díaz, who holds a degree in Corporate Law from the San Martín de Porres University and has experience in the field of Intellectual Property.

Before joining OMC Abogados & Consultores, he worked at the Specialized Chamber on Intellectual Property of the National Institute for the INDECOPI and served as assistant professor at the Intellectual Property Seminar given by his University (2018). He was also a member of the Center for Intellectual Property Studies - CEPI of the San Martín de Porres University (2018).

Currently, he provides consultancies and advice in contentious proceedings in the field of industrial property, mainly related to oppositions, nullities and actions for trademark infringement.
