OMC Abogados & Consultores has new members in its IP team

OMC Abogados & Consultores is pleased to welcome Ariana Delgado and Lucero Ticona, recent incorporations of the Intellectual Property Department.

After receiving as a lawyer, Dr. Delgado has alternated her work in both the public and private sectors, proof of this is her time at Sunarp and Indecopi, which allowed her to increase her experience in the field of Intellectual Property. She has high knowledge in Consumer Protection and Defense, Administrative law and also in Civil and Patrimonial law.

On the other side, Ms. Ticona is a lawyer graduated from the National University of San Marcos (UNMSM), with Intellectual Property being her area of ​​specialization.

She worked as a legal assistant in a publishing company and later joined the Directorate of Inventions and New Technologies of Indecopi where she acquired more knowledge regarding the topic of Patents and Utility Models.
