Decisions of the Judiciary Courts on intellectual property will be published by the WIPO platform

The World Intellectual Property Organization: WIPO has launched the platform Wipo Lex Sentences, a tool that will provide access to national laws and international treaties on intellectual property through a multilingual search engine, which is available in Spanish, Arabic, Chinese, French, English and Russian.
Peru has joined this international initiative in which Australia, Brazil, Chile, China, Costa Rica, Spain, Jamaica, Mexico and the Republic of Korea are already participating; these countries are feeding the platform with judicial rulings on intellectual property, as well as administrative decisions that set a precedent or standardized criteria of interpretation regarding the intellectual property regulations applicable in the corresponding jurisdictions of the countries.
The platform is expected to contribute to a better understanding, at a global level, of how courts resolve complex situations arising from technological innovation, especially in the case of WIPO member countries.
