The law firm OMC Abogados & Consultores collaborates with SMD Group

Recently, the firm OMC Abogados & Consultores joined the group of law firms contributing to the development of the SMD Country Index, by gathering specialized information about Intellectual Property legislation, for each of the countries invited.

Since 1949, SMD Group invites recognized law firms, from different parts of the world to play a part in the elaboration of the “Trademark Practitioner's Guide", available in a printed version but also in an online version for 5 years now.

An updated report is published with the contribution of professionals in 120 jurisdictions across 5 continents, which allows the reader to access information about legislation regarding trademarks, oppositions, official fees and possible amendments to the international trademark laws.
