SUNAFIL will send notifications to electronic boxes of companies

As of March, all companies that have a current RUC are required to have an electronic box, as stipulated in Supreme Decree No. 003-2020-TR, which allows SUNAFIL to send its administrative and procedural notifications through this device.

As provided, it is expected that with this modality, the productivity and efficiency of the organism will increase. It is estimated that an action that could take around 8 days can now be made effective in only 30 minutes.

This way, throughout the year, about two million companies will be informed about the results of the inspective operations, 100% of the resolutions in the first and second instance will be notified, as well as the allocation of charges, resolutions of coercive enforcement, dissuasive letters and information related to collections through alerts sent by SUNAFIL to each of their electronic boxes.
