Pharmaceutical companies from India Visited the city of Lima

The Embassy of India in Peru with the support of the Chamber of Commerce from India: INCHAM organized the “Seminar and Business Roundtable PHARMACEUTICAL SECTOR PERU – INDIA “; The event took place at the Hotel “Los Delfines” on August 24th and 25th.

40 pharmaceutical companies were present in order to make contact with Peruvian companies interested in partnering to commercialize its products in the country.

OMC Abogados & Consultores participated in the event in its condition as member of Incham and specialist law firm in intellectual property. Mr. Luis Valerio, who is in charge of the marketing area , had a meeting with the businessmen from India to whom informed about the assistance that the firm can provide on the issue of registration of patents and trademarks, regulations, constitution of companies and commercial contracts in Peru and throughout Latin America.
