OMC Abogados & Consultores met with French law firms

OMC Abogados & Consultores launched a business conference that led it to visit some law firms in Paris. The meetings were scheduled between February 9th and 12th, its main purpose was to strengthen cooperative relationships and to renew labor exchange agreements.

Jose Marquis, specialized lawyer of the Intellectual Property área, was responsible for taking to European law firms the proposal of OMC Abogados & Consultores which is to provide legal advice on issues such as registration of trademarks and patents, advice for cases of unfair competition and infringement actions, copyright, oppositions, among others.

The main benefit is that these services are available not only in Peru but all over Latin America, due to the condition, by the Peruvian firm, as founding member of the IP LATINO specialists’ network.
