OMC Abogados & Consultores participated in the Anti – Counterfeiting Seminar ASIPI 2016

Mr. Oscar Mago traveled to the paradise island of Aruba to attend the Anti-counterfeiting Seminar organized by ASIPI from March 13th to 15th.

The Hilton Hotel was visited by a hundred professionals from Latin America, the United States and Europe interested in finding mechanisms that allow them to address this problem internationally.

OMC Abogados & Consultores, one of the leading Intellectual Property firms in Peru, took this opportunity to share information with the attendees colleagues about the legislation on Intellectual Property in Peru and protection measures to which trademarks are entitled in order to address the problem of counterfeiting.
