OMC Abogados & Consultores: New member of the European Communities Trade Mark Association

Since March 2015, OMC Abogados & Consultores was incorporated as a new member of ECTA: European Communities Trade Mark Association.

The professionalism and performance shown over the years has allowed the association to have the recognition of important organizations, among which we can mention EURid (European Registry for Internet Domains), European Commission, European Council, European Parliament, OHIM (The Office for Harmonization in the Internal Market), OLAF (European Anti-Fraud Office) and WIPO (World Intellectual Property Organization).

The admission of OMC Abogados & Consultores as a member of ECTA represents a new alternative for European law firms interested in doing business in Latin America, especially in Peru, since through collaboration agreements may have legal assistance in matters of Intellectual Property in the whole territory above mentioned.
