OMC Abogados & Consultores is pleased to announce that since the end of 2018 is an agent of change by joining a couple of initiatives such as the "Declaration of Lima" and the "Commitment of a better Peru for all" which promote values ​​and ethical principles, with which the firm is fully identified.

Both agreements are aligned with the principles of international organizations, such as the United Nations.

In the case of the “Declaration of Lima”, the goal is to develop spaces that allow women to find better opportunities and prove their worth under equal conditions to their male colleagues, without any type of bias or discrimination.

In “Commitment of a better Peru for all”, professional integrity is a fundamental aspect and is not left aside in both proposals. In this initiative, people are motivated to adopt behaviors inspired by companies that develop their businesses with integrity and respect for competition, all the while contributing to a better society.
