Investors from Germany and India will receive legal advice from OMC Abogados

The current situation of Peruvian economy offers attractive possibilities of starting a business with projection of operating in the whole region. This has created a high demand in the market for legal services, by investors who request it through the aggregates of business or chambers of commerce.

Earlier this year, OMC Abogados y Consultores became part of the German chamber of commerce and industry, as well as the chamber of commerce from India in Peru, Incham.

This membership allows to establish business links with partners who have the possibility of receiving legal orientation to start a business or just to solve a problem related with commercial, labor or tax within the legal framework in which they operate.

The queries that receives the German chamber come mainly from the market of Automotive and Parts food, energy, metallurgy, tourism, in the case of Incham its affiliates are companies involved in the pharmaceutical industry, consulting, construction, tourism, entertainment and others.
