COIFAIR Fair 2014 was attended by OMC Abogados & Consultores

On the 22nd and 23rd of April was held in the city of Shanghai, China the event “The World's Investment Summit Shanghai” - COIFAIR 2014 (China Outbound Investment Fair).

This fair has the peculiarity of being a meeting place for investors and business groups seeking to do business through a merger and / or acquisition of both public and private corporations.
