Law Firm OMC Abogados is invited to broadcast program CALIDAD AL DIA

The broadcast program “Calidad al día” emitted on May 7, 2014, was dedicated to intellectual property law, for which the law firm OMC Abogados & Consultores was invited.

This space is produced by the Institute for Quality from PUCP (Pontificia Universidad Catolica del Peru) and emitted via San Borja radio waves.

The meeting focused on everything related to the topic of trademarks and patents; for 30 minutes two lawyers who represented the law firm didactically explained the differences between the two concepts, as well as the benefits that a businessman who owns a patent or trademark registered in Peru can achieve.

They also talked on current events of intellectual property in Peru and the development that this area of law is achieving; as the lawyers explained market requirements make an ever increasing number of companies make use of legal tools to protect themselves and avoid losses in their business operations.
