Law firm OMC Abogados & Consultores directs sales operation of Peruvian companies

In the coming months, it is anticipated that the composition of the Peruvian corporate market should experience a variation due to the acquisition of two very representative companies in their respective sectors.

The law firm OMC Abogados & Consultores which will be in charge of all the sale operation of a pharmaceutical laboratory and a bottling plant, whose names are kept in reserve.
