Growing professional team of OMC Abogados & Consultores for 2,014

As from January 15, 2014 OMC Abogados & Consultores will feature services of a new member, Dr. Paola Felix Castaneda, who joins the team of lawyers specializing in mining issues, her professional capacity becomes a valuable contribution that will allow the firm to serve a larger number of companies in the sector that require the legal services of the firm.

In recent years Dr. Paola Castaneda has been working in the area of dispute and conflict resolution, specifically those originating in the Cuzco region, has also provided professional services as extrajudicial conciliatory and worked in corporate criminal prosecution.

With respect to her academic training, currently has a Mastery of Mining law, studied in the graduate school at la Universidad de Ciencias Aplicadas: UPC.
