Strategic alliance between Italy and Peru: Law firm Bizadit and OMC Abogados & Consultores

The current situation of the economy in Peru, and some countries in Latin America, has allowed many European companies to consider them potential markets for their products and services.

As an example of the above mentioned law firm Bizadit, of Italian origin, will have representation in the city of Lima, after the agreement signed with the law firm OMC Abogados & Consultores.

Dr. Fulvio Graziotto, partner of law firm Bizadit, and Dr. Oscar Mago, as manager of Peruvian law firm OMC Abogados & Consultores, were responsible for sealing this strategic alliance that aims to promote mutual cooperation through exchange of information on legal issues and professional assistance.

This will benefit both the Italian investors interested in Peru, as well as will allow the arrival of Peruvian entrepreneurs interested in the European market, specifically in Italy. In both cases they will have all the facilities to arrange the steps that will allow it to meet the requirements demanded by law in commercial matters.
