OMC Abogados & Consultores advises investors interested in migrating

After a period of negotiations with some firms from North America, Central America and Asia, the Peruvian firm OMC Abogados & Consultores is pleased to announce the start of its service of legal advice on issues related to migration.

The management of the firm agreed the creation of this area in order to respond to requests for guidance in matters of immigration law, especially in the case of citizens willing to start a business.

The service includes the obtaining of visas or work permits for foreign citizens, drafting contracts of employment, guidance on fiscal and tax obligations, business creation among others; for this they will be supported by lawyers of tax law, intellectual property, civil and corporate law.

This alliance has been designed in a way that Peruvian clients of OMC Abogados will be able to access the same service and the same standards of care they receive in Lima.
