The Intellectual Property department of OMC Abogados & Consultores presents its new member

We are pleased to introduce Ms. Maria Fernanda Canepa, who, as of July, has joined the team of professionals in the intellectual property department of OMC Abogados & Consultores, Welcome!

Ms. Canepa is a professional graduated from the Law School of the University of Applied Sciences (UPC), from which she holds a Bachelor's degree. Her good performance, backed by the knowledge acquired, has enabled her to develop her professional career in the private sector, both nationally and internationally, being intellectual property and labor law specialties, the fields in which she has acquired the greatest experience.

Among the main functions that were entrusted to her is the management of national and international procedures, both for trademarks and patents, as well as the preparation of reports, alerts, oppositions and nullity of trademarks, complaints for contentious administrative actions and cassations; She has also participated in labor audits, in addition to being in charge of preparing internal labor regulations, health and safety regulations in work centers and drafting employment contracts for national and foreign personnel.
