OMC Abogados & Consultores has a new member in the area of Corporate and Intellectual Property Law

We are pleased to present and welcome Ms. Lucero Leslie Montes who joins the team of professionals in the areas of ​​corporate law and Intellectual Property at OMC Abogados & Consultores.

After obtaining her degree in Corporate Law at Esan University and prior to joining our firm, Ms. Montes worked in the ​​Corporate Affairs and Legal Controversies area at Interbank, where she participated in the legal defense of the organization before the National Institute for the Defense of Competition and the Protection of Intellectual Property (Indecopi).

She also worked as an intern in the Legal Department at UTEC – TECSUP Group as well as in the Second Consumer Protection Committee of Indecopi. Her academic and work experience allow her to bring to our clients strategic legal solutions regarding public bidding matters and tax law.
