MYPES creditors of the State will be registered

As from the enactment of Law No. 31677, the Ministry of Economy and Finance (MEF) will be in charge of the creation, maintenance and updating of the National Registry of MSMEs that are creditors of the State.

In addition to the name or company name, RUC Number and tax domicile, the aforementioned registry will also provide information about the registered creditors, the amounts owed by the State to each of the MYPES, as well as a summary of the origin of the debt and the situation in which it is, whether in administrative, arbitration and/or judicial proceedings.

The MEF will be in charge of updating, every month, the information that will be published in a web page, which citizens will be able to access free of charge and without any type of restriction.
