State Bidding and
Contracting

We provide legal assistance to bidders who participate in the calls made by the Supervisory Entity of the State Contracting ( OSCE ) both in the Selection Phase (call, registration of participants, formulation and answering inquiries, making observations and absolution, Database integration, submission of proposals, qualification and evaluation of proposals, and the awarding of the Award) and the Contractual Phase (ranging from the conclusion of the respective contract to compliance and payment of services performed, in the case of contracts for goods and services, and the settlement and the respective payment in the case of implementing contracts or consulting work).

Likewise, we provide advice on the registration in the different registers of the National Register of Providers (RNP) of OSCE.
